1. Purchase Outright:

Half down to order and half down at delivery.

2. Rent to Own:

A no credit check option with no penalties for paying off early. Minimal down payments.

8’ Wide Building = $100 down

10’ Wide Building = $150 down

12’ Wide Building = $250 down

14’ Wide Building = $750 down

16’ Wide Building = $1,500 down.

Above $18,000 purchase price = 20% down.

First payment not due until the building has been delivered. Want a super low payment? Choose your payment by putting any desired amount down.

3. Hearth Financing:

A “zero-down” alternative option to rent to own. A very simple process and takes only a couple minutes to qualify. Since it’s a soft-inquiry, it doesn’t affect your credit score.
